The Poshlando Approach
Personal property and real property, handled by the right people
Jacquie Chan owns Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions and Poshlando Realty. Keeping the two businesses and their responsibilities distinct is part of how the work stays trustworthy.
Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions
Jacquie Chan owns and leads Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions, which handles personal property, estate sales, auctions, consignments and private sales, collections and transition execution across Central Florida — including staging, organizing, pricing, cataloging and photography, sale-day staffing, buyer and pickup coordination, and clear communication with the family throughout.
Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions is the side of the business that deals with contents: estate sales, auctions, collections, cataloging, presentation, sale execution and the coordination of whatever remains once a sale is finished. That is Jacquie's direct lane, and it is where her auctioneer license applies.
Poshlando Realty
Jacquie Chan owns Poshlando Realty, a business separate from Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions. Dr. Florence Alexander is Poshlando Realty's qualifying broker. Jacquie's ownership is not presented as a real-estate license or brokerage role.
Jacquie's licensed work presented on this site is auctioneering. Ownership of a realty company is different from holding a real-estate license: this site does not describe her as a broker, REALTOR or sales associate. Listings, sales and purchases are handled within the realty business under its qualifying broker and appropriately licensed real-estate professionals.
How a project is run
Every engagement follows the same discipline regardless of size: understand the goals and the calendar, assess the property and its contents in person, decide the pathways before pricing, prepare and present the material properly, execute the sale or auction, and close out what is left so the property is ready for its next step.
Families are kept in a single decision loop rather than a series of disconnected conversations. When a specialist is needed — an attorney, a CPA, a qualified appraiser, a category expert, a licensed real-estate professional — that is said early and openly rather than absorbed into a service that should not cover it.
Working with Terry Chan
Terry Chan is a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate (SL3629564) affiliated with Poshlando Realty. Where a project involves both a household's contents and the property itself, that coordination keeps the two tracks aligned without blurring the professional boundary between them.
