Jacquie Chan

The next chapter, thoughtfully handled.

Jacquelyn Chan, known as Jacquie, owns and leads Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions and is a licensed auctioneer based in Central Florida. She works with families, homes and collections through estate sales, auctions, consignments and private sales, and the broader estate-transition projects that surround them — sorting what is in a house, deciding how each part should be handled, and carrying the plan through to an empty, ready property.

The work is less about expertise on display than about judgment, organization, presentation and practical coordination: knowing what needs a closer look, what can move quickly, and what a family needs to decide before anything is priced.

Three things every estate project turns on

01

The Home

Every project starts with understanding what is actually happening with the property and the transition around it — who is moving, what the calendar requires, whether the house is being listed, held or handed on, and what has to be true when the work is finished.

02

The Collection

What sits inside a home rarely belongs to a single pathway. Some of it suits an onsite estate sale, some belongs at auction, some needs research or specialist routing, some is best donated, and some should quietly stay in the family.

03

The People

Behind the contents there is almost always a family working through a difficult stretch, often from several cities at once. The value of the work is in clear next steps, steady coordination and decisions that hold up later.

The work itself

Sorting, research, presentation, execution

A household is not a single inventory. It is furniture and kitchenware alongside a few pieces that deserve a second look, paperwork that should not be discarded, and items nobody has decided about yet. Poshlando's process separates those groups early, so the decisions that matter are made deliberately rather than in the middle of a cleanout.

As a licensed auctioneer, Jacquie can route selected items and collections toward auction or specialist channels when a general sale is the wrong audience for them — and say plainly when an outside appraiser, attorney or category expert should be brought in.

Working alongside

Two businesses, distinct responsibilities

Jacquie Chan owns and leads Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions, which handles personal property, estate sales, auctions, consignments and private sales, collections and transition execution across Central Florida — including staging, organizing, pricing, cataloging and photography, sale-day staffing, buyer and pickup coordination, and clear communication with the family throughout. Jacquie also owns Poshlando Realty, a separate real-property business whose qualifying broker is Dr. Florence Alexander. Terry Chan is a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate (SL3629564) affiliated with Poshlando Realty.
